But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

John 4:14 (KJV)

Dear friends,

Greetings to you in Jesus name. We are Christians from Iran. Yousef came to the Lord in Iran and Esther in India. We knew with much confirmation, that God had called us into His service within days after believing in Him.

Then God almighty spoke to us to come to Japan. He told Esther, "The King of kings shall go before you to prepare your way and you shall be treated like kings." which, was so wonderful to hear. The next day God told Yousef the same message and with that we were sure that it was His will for us to go to Japan. We were advised to go to Europe as there was no A.G. church branch in Japan to support us, and we could not be benefited by support in every way from the church there. But we insisted that God had spoken to us clearly concerning going to Japan, and were prayed for in the church.

Hence, Yousef came to Japan first (as our money was enough for one person's air fair), without knowing English or Japanese with about $400 in his pocket, in Dec.'90.

In airplane, an hour before landing, God spoke to him very clearly saying, "You shall glorify my name." He was surprised and asked God, "How is it possible? I'm not ready yet." But the Lord said to him, "I shall change your heart at the appointed time."

After he came to Japan, Esther pray for him asking God to lead him to a church where they would receive him as His son and let them lay hands on him and all the church pray for him and that He would provide all his needs.

First night he had to spend in a hotel, too expensive for him. The next night on the street & the 3rd night in Red Cross Guest House. Then he asked God, "Why did you send me to Japan?" and wished to find a church where he could pour out his heart before the Lord. So he got on train & by the leading of the Holy Spirit got off at a station called Shin Okubo. As he walked on the street in the cold of Dec.'90 came across a church. It was Wednesday night when the Lord led him to "Yodobashi church". When he entered the church a sister called & invited him to go in. It was almost the end of the service. The preaching was being done in Korean by a Korean guest speaker, interpreted into Japanese & he did not understand either languages. After few minutes preacher asked Yousef to go forward. He laid his hand on his head & asked all the church to pray for him. In the end, an American missionary (Pr. George Doyal) knowing that he had no place to stay, took him to his house. The Lord provided more than he needed through His people in miraculous ways, and Yousef  lacked nothing. Praise God who answers our prayers and it all happened exactly as Esther had been praying for, back in Iran.

He slowly picked up some English & was able to converse with people. Praise God for all His beautiful works.

The Lord led him to share the good news with some people and to write a tract in Persian. The Yodobashi church made a thousand copies of the same and the church members helped distribute them to many Iranians. Glory to God.

Two months later Esther was able to come to Japan as the Lord miraculously provided for her air fair through the Yodobashi church. Together we shared the Good News with people we met and the Lord provided all our needs as we lived on faith. We talked with the church to give us a place to meet with the Iranians freely. But it was not agreed and one day as Esther was praying God told her, "leave the church." She told Yousef and asked him to pray about it. Two days later Yousef had the confirmation of the same and with two back bags we left and spend our time on the streets. As we were walking on the street near the Haneda airport Esther realized that the Lord was walking beside her and we were encouraged and filled with the joy of His presence with us, a joy that nothing can bring us. The Lord provided for us to stay in a church in Yokohama -Pr. Jim Milard. We continued to share the good news with people we met. One day as Esther was doing evangelism with a Korean singing group, Yousef met a YWAM DTS group who were doing a skit on the street. Among those gathered around them were some Iranians and by God's leading Yousef started explaining to them about the skit and shared the message it had. After that 20 Iranians came to the church and it was packed with people and there were seats only for 14 of them to stay. One Iranian came to the Lord that night. After the message, Esther asked the preacher to speak with other Iranians and by God's grace as she interpreted for him he came to the Lord. We had been taught that it would be more effective if men preached to Moslem men. Then Talo, one of the leaders asked Esther to interpret for the Iranians on the radio there after. Then God told Esther, "I want you to start the Iranian church." for which she'd been praying. By God’s leading she started the first Iranian church in Japan with only 4-5 believers who had come to Japan from the church in Iran. We met for 30 min. before the main service began. One day she asked the Pr. of the church, Kim Samuel to give us a place for the Iranian service. He said that he had prayed about it but, "The Lord wants you to have your own  independent ministry." Hallelujah, it was too wonderful for us.  By God’s grace after one month of praying, God led Yousef  to an international church and we asked Pr. De la Cour to permit us hold our Persian services there. He allowed us to meet in the church after 2 PM. We were able to hold Sunday services for the Iranians and divided the work. Esther asked Yousef to share the message and she taught and led the praise and worship and pastoraized the church together. Then we needed Persian Bibles and by God's leading Esther met Dr. David Yonggi Cho, who had come to Japan and asked for a thousand Bibles as Yousef had instructed her by God's leading. Immediately Dr. Cho consented to her request and within few months we were presented with 1000 Persian Bibles all paid up for. Glory to God. After almost a year of meeting there, the pastor told Esther that it was not possible for us to meet there any more as the sister who had Bible Study at the same time was going to leave for US. So by God's grace, as we prayed, the Lord led us to rent the large office next to our house. And with the Bibles in our hands, God blessed us and more Iranians came to the Lord. By God' s grace, slowly but surely, God led us to become independent and gave us the name "Living Water Ministry" in '92. However, all believers were over-stayed and worked illegally in Japan. By God's leading, based on the Word of God found in Romans 13:1-6, we asked them to pray about their status in Japan, emphasizing on the point that the Word of God was not only to be heard but should be put into practice through obedience. As the result, gradually the church became empty. But we continued to share the good news with some Iranians (through correspondence course) and other nationalities.

In June '93, after two and half years of stay in Japan, we were granted permanent residential permit of Japan, which IS our God's miracle and plan for us even as He had revealed it to us beforehand. We are grateful and praise Him for all His good plans for each one of us.

A year before this happened the Lord had put on our hearts to pray about joining a Japanese church, which we did and were able to share the Good News in broken Japanese. The Lord gave us our first fruit among Japanese people, as He used us to lead a Japanese lady to the Lord.

To support ourselves we started business-International food store & later on an Indian restaurant and other businesses beside these.

In July '97 God spoke to Yousef through His Word and turned his heart from business unto serving Him full-time. A month later the Lord spoke to Yousef through His prophet from India, and he remembered the Lord's conversation with him before landing in Japan. At that time we were members of AG church. The Lord showed us separately through visions; millions of people coming to the Lord through us. The Lord confirmed these visions through other prophets as well.

Soon after that, one day the Lord put on Yousef's heart to pray for one of the church elders' wife. As he was praying for her (with permission from the pastor), suddenly she fell under the power of the Holy Spirit and God touched her. And she testified that God had healed her of body ache. Praise the Lord for His mighty works. Then Esther too prayed that God would use her in the same way and God the Holy Spirit who had met her the previous year in reality, in His actual being, blessed her with the same anointing too. Hence there was a new turning to our ministry, which started Renewal Ministry in Mito Assemblies of God- Prs. Mr. and Mrs. Arai -Ibaraki prefecture, Japan. Since then the GOOD Lord has opened the doors of ministry in Japanese, Philippin no, International, Brazilian and Peruvian churches in different prefectures in Japan. We closed the restaurant and stopped all the other businesses in Mid. Dec. '97.

On Feb 28 '01 we had a call from a Brasilian Pastor who wanted us to go visit an Iranian in Ushiku Immigration. Since Yousef was off to Okinawa, Esther went along and that day a Brasilian and an Egyptian came to the Lord. Also Esther shared the Gospel with the Iranian and introduced him a Spirit filled church in Iran. He promised that he would visit the church.

Soon after that God spoke to Esther saying, "I'm giving you the nations. Are you ready?" Esther not really understanding what was about to happen said," Yes Lord I'm ready." And the Lord said to her, "Got ready." Few days later she had letters from the Egyptian brother in Ushiku Immigration asking her to go visit some friends there. So with Yousef we went there and though it was a battle for us as the immigration officials were not in favor of our visits, but through much prayer the battle has been won. Thank You Lord. You have given us the victory.

We've seen hundreds of precious people from many different nationalities come to the Lord and find burden to serve the almighty God. Glory to God. We still continue to visit Ushiku Immigration and are grateful to the Lord for this privilege He has given us.

In  April '03 God led Esther to start a new church in our home. God blessed us and even the children have received the anointing of God the Holy Spirit and began to have their own Sunday Services a month after the beginning of the church. We've God save, heal, deliver and bless His people in our services every week. Also God has been leading Esther to start intercessory prayer meetings every Saturday. Again our God visits His people with His might and power during our prayer meetings as well.

We know that this is just the beginning of what God wants to do through us and our hearts are filled with much joy and gratitude toward our God for using us the unworthy as we are and for His abundant love that covers us.

The Lord has been using us with the gifts of the Holy Spirit to bring spiritual and physical healings in the lives of many Christians and to motivate His people to recommit themselves to Him, find burden for the lost and to see ministers come up as there is great need for more workers who love the Lord above all things and desire to serve Him wholeheartedly. Also some were saved and accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior as the result of which the churches we've been to for ministry have grown both Spiritually and Quantity-wise. Praise be to our God who REIGNS in ALL heaven and earth.

We are fully aware that it is not us but God the Holy Spirit who works miracles through His servants.

It is for this reason that we wish to pray with you and will be very happy to receive your prayer requests.  And we shall appreciate your prayers that the Good Lord will use us more and more every day.

Thank you for your prayer support for us:

1-To love the Lord above all things

2-To be in the center of God's will

3-That the Lord will open new doors of ministry through out the world, which is the vision He has given us.

4-That we'll be fluent in speaking Japanese.

May the GOOD Lord continue to shower His abundant love and blessings upon each one of you.

In His Love

Yousef & Esther  Eisa Khani
